
Lucie Bourgeois brings over 15 years of experience and leadership in organizational effectiveness, change management, and progressive human resource practices to her position as Director, Human Resources, for IMS Health Canada. Lucie is also a member of the Global Organizational Development Council for IMS. Prior to joining IMS in 2004, Lucie held senior-level positions in Human Resources, at Willis Canada, a risk management insurance broker, and before that, at Nortel Networks, during which she spent four years heading up the North American IT Resource Management Team (400 employees) and leading it through its outsourcing transition to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). During this time, Lucie was also a founding partner of a web-based virtual coaching group from 2000 to 2004. Prior to Nortel, she held several positions of increasing responsibility at Bell Canada at Quebecor. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal, a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations from the University of Montréal, and a Certification in Transition Management from William Bridges Associates. In addition, she is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec.
