IMS receives special honour from The Gazette and Mediacorp Canada Inc.
Montreal, Quebec, October 25, 2006 – IMS Health Canada has been named by The Gazette as one of Montreal’s Top 10 Employers. As featured in The Gazette on Oct. 21, IMS received accolades for its on-site fitness facility, community involvement and referral bonuses, which were cited as among the best in the information services industry and in Montreal. The list was prepared for The Gazette by Mediacorp Canada Inc., which publishes the annual study of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
The list of Montreal’s Top 10 Employers represents the ten best places to work in Montreal, according to the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The criteria for selection include a review of each employer’s:

• Employee communications
• Performance management

In preparing the list, Mediacorp reviewed the recruitment histories of more than 60,000 employers across the country, inviting over 12,000 organizations in a variety of industries and regions to participate. IMS was one of 1,500 firms that started the detailed application process, which makes it a special honour to be named on the Montreal’s Top 10 Employers List.
