IMS receives special honour from The Gazette , Le Devoir and Mediacorp Canada Inc.
Montreal, Quebec, October 15, 2007 – IMS Health Canada has been named by The Gazette and Le Devoir as one of Montreal’s Top 15 Employers. As featured in The Gazette on Oct. 13, IMS received accolades for its open-concept work environment, on-site fitness facility, collaborative work culture, alternate work arrangements and community involvement. The company’s practices were cited as being among the best in the information services industry and among the best companies in Montreal. The list was prepared for The Gazette and Le Devoir by Mediacorp Canada Inc., which publishes the Canada’s annual Top 100 Employers list.
The list of Montreal’s Top 15 Employers represents the best places to work in Montreal, according to the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The criteria for selection include a review of each employer’s:

• Pay and benefits
• Vacation and provisions for time off
• Communications
• Performance management
• Training and community involvement
In preparing the list, Mediacorp started with a list of more than 10,000 companies from all provinces and in all sectors of the economy.
